        MMOGs occupy a unique place in the entertainment landscape. The mystery of adventure and fantasy play appeals to game enthusiasts young and old alike. Due to the current trend of rapidly developing computer technology and a dynamic and devoted audience, it is difficult to predict where these games will go in the future. The peculiar nature of these games, with their rich world-settings and complex player interactions, will always drive public and academic interest as a source of discussion and controversy. Ever unpredictable and always changing, MMOGs have created real-world implications which we are only beginning to understand. Like most forms of entertainment available to us, we are discovering that MMOG are far more than just fun and games.
